Chef Matt Weinstein Will Lead Concentrics’ Mercedes-Benz Stadium Restaurant

Matt Weinstein has been serving as co-executive chef at One Midtown Kitchen since July 2015, and now he has the job all to himself. Concentrics Restaurants announced Weinstein has dropped the “co-” from his title at the restaurant. What’s more, a representative tells Eater Atlanta he’ll also run the kitchen at Golden Brown & Delicious, the company’s forthcoming Mercedes-Benz Stadium restaurant.

Christopher Maher, who had been teaming up with Weinstein at One, isn’t leaving the company. Concentrics says Maher will serve as executive chef at a new restaurant the company is planning to open in Atlanta, though details on a name, concept, and location were not immediately available.
