Kevin Gillespie’s tradition of luring top chefs from around the country into his Gunshow kitchen will continue in 2017. Gillespie and Gunshow executive chef Joey Ward have announced six dates for Hired Guns in the new year.
- January 29: Hakim Rahal and Pablo Rojas of Provisions in Montreal
- March 12: Jennifer Carroll of Requin in Washington DC
- Aug. 6: Justin Devillier of La Petite Grocery in New Orleans
- Sept. 10: Jamie Bissonnette of Toro and Coppa in Boston
Gunshow will also host Hired Guns dinners on May 7 and November 5, but chefs for those dates have not yet been revealed.
Gillespie is selling "season tickets," which come at a steep price of $1,000 per couple. But, they come with access to all six dinners, souvenir tickets, signed menus, and photo opportunities. One hundred seats are available for each dinner, and if space remains, individual tickets will go on sale for $95 one month prior to the event.
