Welcome back to Eater Scenes, in which Eater photographers visit local establishments to capture them at a certain, specific point in time. Today, in honor of Breakfast Week, a weekend morning at Home Grown.

It's Breakfast Week across the Eater universe, and with that in mind it's time for Eater Scenes to visit an Atlanta morning institution. Home Grown hasn't been around nearly as long as some other icons, but since opening on Memorial Drive in Reynoldstown in June 2010, it's been one of this city's favorite breakfast spots. The restaurant does a fine meat-and-three lunch too, but it really shines in the a.m. hours. Anyone who wants to dine in on a weekend without waiting in line should plan on arriving by 9. After that, the space — which has ample seating — is likely to be full.

Here, now, take a look at Home Grown in action on a busy Sunday morning.
