Flora & Flour, which was part of East Atlanta Village's "Global Grub Collective," has closed up shop. The purveyor of breakfast fare announced the news on Facebook and Instagram, and it revealed plans to pop-up at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market.
Located inside the former Urban Cannibals space, adjacent to We Suki Suki, Flora & Flour opened last September. The food stall focused on biscuit and bagel sandwiches, serving breakfast and lunch through out the week. Further details on reason for the shutter were not released.
Flora & Flour, helmed by chef Lauren Raymond, has previously catered to the farmers market circuit, and it will return to Peachtree Road this season on Saturdays and Wednesday nights. There's no word yet on a possible replacement in the Global Grub Collective. The Cake Hag and Poco Pomodoro continue to operate out of the space.
