Steinbeck's Ale House in Oakhurst is breaking out a new menu from chef Andy Gonzalez. It's now available for lunch and dinner, and Gonzalez says he's come up with "an eclectic mix of dishes that have flavor influences from all over the world."
"I'm really excited to present this new menu that showcases my style of cooking, fusing influences from Indian, Asian, and Mexican food," Gonzales said in a prepared statement. "I've always been drawn to the flavors and cooking styles from each of these regions, and it's a great opportunity to highlight them individually and together throughout the menu."
Fans of the Steinbeck's burger need not worry. It survived the revamp and is listed under a new name: The Tower of Power. It's a double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a significant application of "million island dressing."
Steinbeck's is open Monday through Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Thursday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Take a look at the new menu below.
