The new venture comes from brothers Stephen and Chris Bivins, who will offer 16 of their own beers on tap. In addition to the house product, which is concocted by brewmaster Chris, Torched Hop will serve more than 40 beers from other Georgia breweries. Stephen Bivins previously told Atlanta Magazine the cuisine will focus on pizza and hamburgers: "Nothing too upscale, just a place where anyone in the community can come hang out." The Bivins's brews will span "a wide variety from hop-forward to Belgians."
An early look at the menu reveals small plates, sandwiches, salads, and straightforward entrees to go along with the burgers and pies.
