Todd Hogan, the chef behind Branch & Barrel in Alpharetta and Branchwater in Cumming, is working on another OTP restaurant. Hogan will open Indigo in Milton, reports Scoop OTP, bringing back the concept that was once located in Roswell.

Indigo closed in 2011 after sustaining heavy damage in a fire. The reincarnated version reportedly will take over the former Sip Kitchen and Wine Bar space at 12635 Crabapple Rd., Suite 120 in downtown Milton. The menu hasn't been finalized yet, but Hogan shared a few details with Eater Atlanta.
"Looks like we'll be opening in late summer, with an updated concept," Hogan said. "Casual-upscale environment, nice bar, classic cocktails, with an emphasis on food quality."
Hogan opened Branchwater in Cumming's Vickery Village development in June 2013. He followed that up with Branch & Barrel in Alpharetta's massive Avalon development, taking over the space that previously housed Bantu last December. The chef told Eater Atlanta a logo and menu for the new Indigo should be ready "in the next few weeks."
