O-Ku Sushi's Rooftop Patio Opens With Its Own Menu

Charleston-to-Westside transplant O-Ku Sushi debuted its rooftop patio and bar over the weekend, and with it an exclusive al fresco menu. The beverages are meant to highlight "interesting island and Japanese influences," and executive chef Jackie Chang says the selection of rooftop-only food "elevate the outdoor dining experience."
