Calm down, people

Mother's Day seems to have brought out the best in Atlanta restaurant patrons this year. At Zinburger in Buckhead, a verbal altercation resulted in a gunshot being fired. And south of town in East Point, a full-scale brawl broke out at Kiku Japanese Steak & Sushi Bar, reports Channel 2. The melee reportedly began "after an employee smiled at a problematic customer," and it ended with five individuals wanted for arrest in connection to the incident.

A Kiku customer posted video on Instagram that captured the extent of the chaos.

Fourteen-year-old Sailyn Barlow recorded the video, and her reaction was pretty much what one would expect from a teenager in 2016.

"I'm actually thinking it's very good stuff. I'm thinking, ‘Wow, I'm going to get a lot of views on this," Barlow told Channel 2. "'Wow, I can't believe it's happening and wow, I hope I don't get hit with something.'

"This is the best Mother's Day ever. Very entertaining. (We got) good food and good entertainment."

No one was seriously hurt, and Kiku's owner said the fight cost the restaurant about $5,000 in damage and unpaid checks. In addition to the East Point location, the restaurant operates outposts in Alpharetta, Buckhead, Fayetteville, and Gainesville.
