Ale Yeah Craft Beer Market is trimming its roster. The local outlet closed its Kennesaw store on Sunday, citing "some serious health issues" and "mismanagement" from the municipality.

"It's with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Ale Yeah! Kennesaw, effective Sunday May 1," the shop announced Saturday morning. "Due to some serious health issues for our business partner Art and to a lesser extent some rather unfortunate mismanagement from the city of Kennesaw, we have decided that our last day of business will be Saturday, April 30."

Owner Eddie Holley opened the first Ale Yeah in Decatur in 2011, and he followed with a Roswell outpost in 2012 and the Kennesaw location last year. Ale Yeah's Decatur and Roswell stores are still in operation. Partners Art De Lorenzo and Jingur Nichols thanked Kennesaw patrons in a note posted on Facebook Friday.

"We would like to thank all of our wonderful friends and clients who have made it possible for us to flourish," the partners said. "We would also like to thank those that made it difficult for us to exist, but easier for us to go on to our next great adventure."
