After a year and a half of planning, 4th & Swift's Jay Swift is almost ready to debut his OTP restaurant. Noble Fin will begin dinner service on Monday, May 23, and lunch will follow a week later on May 30. Jeb Aldrich, Swift's son, is in as chef de cuisine at the Peachtree Corners restaurant, and now his menu is available for a first look.
Noble Fin is is taking over a former Dreamland Bar-B-Que space at 5260 Peachtree Parkway. Swift, Adrich, and their team have been touting it as a steak and seafood house, and the list of offerings meets those expectations. There's a raw bar; classic small plates such as beef tartare, clam chowder, and a Maryland crab cake; and seafood entrees such as haddock and chips, swordfish piccata, and a whole two-pound lobster. As for the land-faring cuisine, look for traditional steakhouse cuts of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb.
At the bar, Noble Fin will pour from a long list of beer and wine, plus house cocktails that have a distinct coastal feel. See Noble Fin's full menu below.
