One of the more anticipated OTP openings in recent memory has officially come online. Jay Swift, chef and owner of Old Fourth Ward's 4th & Swift, opened Noble Fin Monday night at 5260 Peachtree Pkwy. in Peachtree Corners. Swift's son Jeb Aldrich is in as chef de cuisine, turning out a menu of seafood and steakhouse staples.
The restaurant offers a raw bar; classic small plates such as beef tartare, clam chowder, and a Maryland crab cake; and seafood entrees such as haddock and chips, swordfish piccata, and a whole two-pound lobster. Coming on land, there are traditional steakhouse cuts of beef, chicken, pork, and lamb. Noble Fin is pouring from a long list of beer and wine, and house cocktails — "the sound of waves," "flamingo drive," "boat drink" — have a distinct coastal feel.
Currently, dinner is available Monday through Saturday beginning at 5 p.m., and lunch service will be added Monday, May 30. See the complete dinner and beverage menus below.
