After teasing anxious diners last week, Jay Swift has revealed an opening date for Noble Fin. The Peachtree Corners restaurant will begin dinner service on Monday, May 23, at 5 p.m., according to an announcement on its website. Lunch service should start "within two weeks of the dinner opening."
Swift's son Jeb Aldrich will run daily kitchen operations as chef de cuisine at Noble Fin. Aldrich is moving over from 4th & Swift, his father's Old Fourth Ward restaurant, and in his new gig his "contemporary American- and Mediterranean-inspired" menu will focus on seafood, steaks, housemade pastas, and local vegetables.
Noble Fin is taking over a former Dreamland Bar-B-Que space at 5260 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners. Initial hours will be Monday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to close.
