Chef and restaurateur Jay Swift has made recent headlines with the opening of Noble Fin in Peachtree Corners, but he's still keeping things fresh at 4th & Swift in Old Fourth Ward. Swift is now serving three-course tasting menus meant to offer a quick, high-end dinner for patrons who are heading to shows at City Winery and the Fox Theatre.
"The new tasting menu is tailored for guests who want to grab an elevated meal experience before their show," Swift said in a prepared statement. "We can get them in and out on time, without compromising the chef-crafted quality or the relaxed environment that sets 4th & Swift apart."
The menu is available for $40 per person, and it includes dishes such as peach & tomato soup with pork belly croutons, charred romaine, cucumber, and frozen yogurt and wood-grilled bavette steak with baby carrots, shaved zucchini, new potatoes, arugula, and pickled ramps. Swift also announced a new catering service, available at 4th & Swift or for event spaces at Ponce City Market. The chef says his team offers "several dining options from hors d’oeuvres to buffets to seated tasting menus," and can serve groups from 25 to 200.
