Eater Barbecue Week is winding down, but it won't end without a look at Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, one of Atlanta's favorite purveyors of smoked meats, in action. Serving up Texas-style brisket and beef ribs, Southern pulled porks and St. Louis ribs, and smoked wings by the truckload, Jonathan and Justin Fox are on the verge of a full-blown empire. They're looking to open another location in Westside, and outposts at Armour Yards and near the Braves' new ballpark are in the works too.
