Bradford Tolleson's run as beverage director at Craft Izakaya has come to an end. Hired to run the Krog Street Market restaurant's bar in April, Tolleson's last night was Saturday, he announced on Facebook.

Before his time at Craft, Tolleson served as the opening bar manager at Venkman's, the Old Fourth Ward cabaret-style restaurant owned by chef Nick Melvin and Nicholas Niespodziani and Peter Olson of '70s cover band Yacht Rock Revue. His prior experience includes time pouring drinks at such revered Atlanta establishments as Pura Vida (RIP), H. Harper Station (ditto), and Restaurant Eugene.

There's no word yet on who will replace Tolleson at Craft. As for the bartender's future, he may be headed to another local Japanese concept. Word on the street says Tolleson could be joining the team at Brush Sushi Izakaya in Decatur. While he couldn't confirm the move, Tolleson told Eater Atlanta it's a "strong possibility."
