TGM Bread's lunchtime pita pop-up, run by The General Muir chef Todd Ginsberg, will see its run come to an end this week. The final day of service is this Friday, according to a post on the bakery's Instagram account.
While it's the end of the road for one pop-up concept, the circle of life continues. After a brief hiatus, Ginsberg will begin serving up "rustic" pizzas on Wednesday, July 20.
TGM Bread has undergone some changes recently. After helping to open the shop in January, head baker Rob Alexander departed for a position with H&F Bread Co. earlier this month. The bakery is now overseen by Ginsberg, partner Shelley Sweet, and bakery manager Logan Lockner.
