— The Luminary, Top Chef alum Eli Kirshtein’s Krog Street Market brasserie, has expanded service to offer weekday lunch. The new menu, served Tuesday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m., is similar to the restaurant’s weekend brunch list. Shared plates such as poutine and PEI mussels are available to start, and entrees include a crispy chicken sandwich, croque monsieur/madame, and steak frites. There’s a small list of cocktails, beer, and wine; a larger selection of cheeses; and ice cream sandwiches to finish.
— Not to be outdone, chef Jay Swift’s Noble Fin recently added lunch service in Peachtree Corners. Open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the upscale seafood house focuses most of its energy on sandwiches, salads, and small plates. Oysters, tuna crudo, shrimp, and crab are available from the raw bar, and larger entrees include bouillabaisse and sautéed shrimp and grits. As for beverages, look for an extensive menu of cocktails, beer, and wine.
