Larkin on Memorial, a forthcoming mixed-use project that is part of Paces Properties’s grand plans to change the face of Memorial Drive, has two new restaurant tenants on board. Taqueria del Sol will expand with its fifth location at the Grant Park development, and because Atlanta can’t get enough ramen, the team behind Decatur’s Makan will open a new concept called Ramen Station.

The idea behind ramen station is simple: “crafting the best ramen bowls” in Atlanta, according to a Wednesday announcement. Partners Michael Lo and chef George Yu will source their noodles from Sun Noodle, and the meats and vegetables will be local. Steamed buns, “seasonal appetizers,” and the ubiquitous craft cocktails will be on the menu as well.

In addition to Ramen station, Lo and Yu have a Krog Street Market stall, Suzy Siu’s Baos, in the works. It’s scheduled to open this fall.

Both restaurants are currently on track to open next summer. They join the previously announced Grant Park Market, from the folks behind Candler Park Market, at the 519 Memorial Dr. development.
