American Cut, the long-in-the-works steakhouse from celebrity chef Marc Forgione and LDV Hospitality, finally opens its doors at the Shops Buckhead Atlanta this Friday. Executive chef John Adamson is running the kitchen, and he’ll turn out a menu of classic steakhouse fare.
In addition to traditional cuts, sides, and appetizers, Adamson will serve the off-menu In-House Burger, an eight-ounce blend of short rib, brisket, dry-aged rib eye, topped with caramelized onions that have been finished in bourbon and beer cheese (beer, fontina, and aged cheddar). The whole thing is served on a sesame seed bun. All components will be made in house, and a limited number will be available each day at the bar.
American Cut’s hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to midnight. Take a look at the menu below.
