One of the many dining amenities at the sparkling, new Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a full-service restaurant called Molly B’s Cookhouse, and now it’s open for lunch even on non-game days. Created by Concentrics Restaurants, the company behind One Midtown Kitchen, Two Urban Licks, and a few more local spots, it sits on the 100 level of the stadium and gives diners expansive views of the playing surface.

Molly B’s is named after the mother of Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United FC owner Arthur Blank. Two Urban Licks chef Michael Bertozzi developed the menu, which takes inspiration from Southern and traditional steakhouse fare. There’s also an extensive wine list — quite the departure from typical stadium dining.

Molly B’s non-game day lunch service runs from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. When the Falcons or United are playing — or if anything else is taking place at The Benz — the restaurant opens three hours before the event’s scheduled start time and closes two hours after it’s over.
