Sandy Springs Game Bar Battle & Brew Will Shutter Next Month

Battle & Brew is pulling the plug in Sandy Springs. The game bar and restaurant will close for good at the end of service on Sunday, November 5, according to an announcement posted on Facebook. Reason for the shutter was not disclosed.

“It is with a heavy heart that we bring you this information,” the statement reads. “We want to thank you for for all the years of support that you have given us, it has not gone unnoticed. Without you, there would have been no us.”

Representatives for Battle & Brew did not immediately respond to an Eater Atlanta request for comment. But, replying to a commenter on Facebook, ownership indicated the shutter is not related to the restaurant’s lease. Owners will consider selling the business to an interested buyer.

Battle & Brew originally opened in Marietta in 2005, and it relocated to its current home at 5920 Roswell Road in 2015.
