One Rooster Mongolian Bar Is Open in Westside; Here’s the Menu

A new fast-casual stir-fry spot has landed in Westside. One Rooster Mongolian Bar officially opened in the former Real Chow Baby space at 1016 Howell Mill Road, Suite A, on Wednesday. The new restaurant comes from Real Chow Baby founder Mike Blum.

One Rooster mimics the Chipotle model, allowing customers to build their own stir-fry bowls by directing an assembly line of cooks. The menu includes a wide variety of proteins, spices, sauces, and vegetables that can be served atop rice or noodles. There are also appetizers such as char siu pork bao, chicken potstickers, dumpling soup, and ginger mixed green salad. Desserts include key lime pie and a “pineapple whip,” with pineapple soft-serve and juice from the fruit. Cocktails, beer, wine, and assorted non-alcoholic beverages are available to drink.

One Rooster is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Friday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m. Take a look at the menu below.
