After a bit of a delay, Bon Ton is certified open in Midtown. The restaurant began service Wednesday in the former Top Flr space at 674 Myrtle St.

Bon Ton previously targeted a debut in early January, but as is often the case for Atlanta restaurants, that timeline was pushed back. Now that it’s in business, look for seafood boils, fried fish, and crab, all with Vietnamese influence. The new restaurant comes from Darren Carr, who previously operated Top Flr, Eric Simpkins of The Lawrence, and Hieu Pham of Crawfish Shack.

When Top Flr shuttered in November 2015, Carr said three new concepts would be planned for the building at 674 Myrtle. So far, only Bon Ton has been announced.

Bon Ton’s hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The owners expect to add alcohol, including frozen drinks, take-out ordering, and expanded hours soon. See the menu below.
