TGM Bread’s ever-evolving lunchtime pop-up business is getting another update in a couple of weeks. After serving hearty soups paired with bread and in bread bowls during the chilly fall and winter months, the General Muir-adjacent bakery will transition to soup and sandwiches on Tuesday, April 4.
Reviving a pop-up idea TGM Bread first launched in February 2016, chef Todd Ginsberg will whip up a selection of pressed sandwiches that can be served alongside tomato soup. The pop-up will run Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Co-owner Jennifer Johnson tells Eater Atlanta the bakery will take Mondays off “to recover from farmers markets,” which return to action on Saturday, April 1.
TGM Bread’s lunchtime pop-up has also covered pita wraps with hummus and flatbread pizzas over the past year. See Ginsberg’s new list of sandwich offerings below.
