BeetleCat, Atlanta Southeastern empire builder Ford Fry’s Inman Park seafood spot, is trading out weekend lunch for brunch. The restaurant will debut the new service this Saturday, serving a menu of doughnuts, hash browns, and plenty of booze.

Eight varieties of doughnuts are available at $2 or $3 apiece. Selections range from a simple glazed doughnut known as the plain Jane to the robust: The Irishman is dressed with whiskey frosting, chocolate espresso beans, and Irish cream, and it’s only for diners ages 21 and up. Chef Andrew Isabella is doubling down in the doughnuts by serving a few augmented brunch staples built on fried dough. Waffle iron hash browns come with toppings such as chili and cheese, smoked salmon, and chorizo.

The bar will pour wines by the glass, with a focus on old-world varietals, craft beer, and brunchy cocktails. Non-alcoholic beverages include Stumptown coffee, Rishi tea, and fresh-squeezed juices.

Brunch hours are Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. To kick things off, BeetleCat will host a pajama party this Saturday, offering free doughnuts and champagne punch specials in the downstairs den. Take a glance at the complete brunch menu below.
