— Chamblee gets an outpost of Mike Klank and Eddie Hernandez’s Taqueria del Sol starting tomorrow (Wednesday, June 14). It’s in the mixed-use shopping center Peachtree Station, on Peachtree Boulevard. The restaurant will be lunch only this week, then starting Tuesday next week, dinner will be on the menu. Hours are Monday to Friday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday noon to 3 p.m. for lunch, and Tuesday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. for dinner (10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday).
— Atlanta Braves legend Dale Murphy has the official opening for his self-titled restaurant Murph’s this Friday (June 16). As reported a few weeks back, it’s fittingly in the vicinity of SunTrust Park (in the Cobb Galleria Centre), and will have burgers, sandwiches, mini crab kickers and more. Oh, and Friday is just the official opening — reports and the restaurant’s own Twitter indicate that Murph’s is already up and running with its full menu. Take a look at it via Twitter.

— The second location for Hobnob Neighborhood Tavern has an opening date: it’ll drop in Brookhaven on Monday July 10. It’ll be in the Town Brookhaven development. Expect a similar format to the Morningside original with Southern-leaning tavern fare, and ample bourbon. They’ll do lunch on weekdays, brunch on weekends, and dinner every night.
