Two Urban Licks Team Heads Private Club/Restaurant at Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Forthcoming home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, announced today that Michael Bertozzi, executive chef for Concentrics Restaurants’s Two Urban Licks, will create the menu for in-stadium, full-service restaurant. The open-air, tiered club/eatery is named Molly B’s, after Falcons and United owner Arthur Blank’s mother, Molly Blank.

Molly B’s will be open to the public, but VIP club memberships will be available to provide “exclusive access, complementary upscale food, and non-alcoholic beverages” for three hours prior to kickoff. The restaurant overlooking the field has a separate entrance by the main entrance of the stadium.

The press release says to expect “a modern spin on a Southern-inspired chophouse.” Some examples of the fare for Falcons members includes fried chicken, brisket, baby back ribs, macaroni and cheese, and asparagus topped with hollandaise and crab. United members will see dishes such as smoked whole-hog tacos, lobster rolls, smoked brisket and prime rib sandwiches, and shrimp and chips po’ boys. The restaurant will also feature steakhouse staples like prime rib, chopped salads, and a raw bar.

Elsewhere in the stadium, football and soccer fans will find new outposts for Antico Pizza, Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, and The Iberian Pig, plus Golden Brown & Delicious, a new venture from Concentrics, and Kevin Gillespie’s Gamechanger.

Molly B’s will open on August 26 for the Falcons’ preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals. Its first service for Atlanta United will be September 10, when the Five Stripes host FC Dallas. Get an idea of what to expect via the full menu and renderings below.
