The General Muir-adjacent bakery TGM Bread is about to deploy another change to its weekday lunchtime pop-up. Soup and sandwiches are out at the end of service this Friday, and rustic pizza is making a comeback. Chef Todd Ginsberg is reviving, with some adjustments, the pop-up that ran at the bakery last summer.

The General Muir and TGM Bread co-owner Jennifer Johnson tells Eater Atlanta the pizza pop-up will return Tuesday, August 1. Slices will be available a la carte or as a combo paired with a house salad topped with “zesty vinaigrette.” Fans of The General Muir’s Sunday night spaghetti dinners will recognize the salad from that menu.

The menu is still being finalized, but pizza selections may include tomato (with beef steak tomatoes, ricotta, EVOO, garlic, parmesan, and basil), potato (Rose Gold potatoes, crème fraiche, thyme, and peeled Parmigiano-Reggiano), and pepperoni (Calabrese salami, prosciutto, chilies, fontina, parmesan, and basil).

Johnson says the TGM Bread team expects rustic pizza to stick around through the end of September. Service will run Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
