Achie’s, the latest restaurant from chef Hugh Acheson, is now open at the Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta. It is currently operating in soft-opening mode before the full menu debuts on January 25 following the hotel’s official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

In December, the restaurant named Alex Bolduc as Achie’s executive chef. Bolduc has known Acheson for years and previously worked at the Top Chef judge’s restaurant Five & Ten in Athens before moving to San Francisco to work as the chef for Robert Sinskey Vineyards.

Achie’s serves riffs on traditional Southern fare as well as dishes such as poutine, burgers, and ballpark snacks on game days like Achie Jack’s made from popped sorghum, benne seeds, and farro.

Achie’s is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch, and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner. An abbreviated menu will be available between meal services.
