Chef /owner Guy Wong announced this week that he’s bringing lunch back to his Westside restaurant Le Fat. Wong said via Facebook, “Now that TON TON [Ponce City Market] has settled in, I’d like to announce that LE FAT will be opening for lunch on January 29!” Good news for lovers of Wong’s pho, banh mis, and com rice dishes. New Realm Brewing no longer taking weekend reservations
The newly-opened brewery on the Eastside Trail in Poncey-Highland has decided to stop taking reservations at their restaurant for parties under six people Friday through Sunday. It’s first-come, first-served on the weekends. [Instagram]

B’s Cracklin’ Barbecue biscuit breakfasts
Mark that calendar. Pitmaster Bryan Furman and biscuit whisperer Erika Council announced the latest dates for Council’s popular Saturday biscuit breakfasts. The dates are as follows: February 3 and 17, March 10, 24, and 31, and April 7, 21, and 28. The breakfasts are from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at B’s Cracklin’ in Riverside. [Official]

DIY salad restaurant Chopt coming to Toco Hills and Buckhead
The New York-based build-your-own salad chain will open two locations in Atlanta, one at Tuxedo Festival in Buckhead and the other at the Toco Hills shopping center. According to Tomorrow’s News Today, both Chopt shops should open sometime this summer. The menu will consist of destination-based salads with ingredients from various countries, grain bowls, and soups. [ToNeTo]
