Keenan, who worked with Adams previously at Eno in Midtown, has done stints at The Sound Table as well as the now-shuttered Woodfire Grill and Bluepointe in Buckhead before serving as the executive chef for Marietta’s Seed Kitchen & Bar and Drift Fish House. Prior to his work in Atlanta, Keenan spent time in the kitchens of two James Beard award-winning chefs in San Fransisco, Michael Mina at Aqua and Julian Serrano at Masa’s.
No further details were given as to Keenan’s plans for the menu at il Giallo.
