Beth McKibben is the editor and staff reporter for Eater Atlanta and has been covering food and cocktails locally and regionally for 12 years.

My Potato Factory is open on Ralph David Abernathy in the Westview neighborhood. The loaded baked potato restaurant is owned by chef Tonya Morris, who closed her temporary downtown Atlanta location earlier this year to begin working on a permanent location.

Morris plans on involving My Potato Factory in community initiatives with local food banks and charities, and hopes to eventually franchise the restaurant.

The menu includes all-day breakfast potatoes like a brisket benedict and a smoked salmon scramble, as well as spuds topped with shrimp and sausage gumbo, chicken curry, turkey chili, and a riff on a Philly cheesesteak. For dessert, there’s a candied yam sweet potato with drizzled caramel, cinnamon brown sugar, and toasted marshmallows, along with good old-fashioned sweet potato pie.

Take a look at the menu:

Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
