Soul Crab Will Unleash Modern Southern Seafood in College Park

Greens and Gravy chef and owner Darius Williams will open seafood-centric Soul Crab in College Park on November 7, according to a post on his Facebook page this morning.

Soul Crab, which is taking over the 3,500-square foot space that Radial occupied until early this summer, is basically the seafood version of Greens and Gravy — bringing collards and crab to the same table, according to What Now Atlanta.

The modern soul food seafood eatery, which already has its opening menu up on its website, will sling crab claws in collard green alfredo, crab and shrimp deviled eggs, seafood (crawfish, crabs, mussels, shrimp, and lobster) with various butters, and deep dish sweet potato pie, among other dishes.

In addition to collards and crab, a full bar will serve cocktails like the red Kool-Aid sangria and blackberry bourbon lemonade, plus beers, ciders, and wine.

Soul Crab opens November 7 at 11 a.m.
