Bully Boy is the newest restaurant from Concentrics Restaurants, where Bertozzi also serves as culinary director — designing kitchens and menus for new restaurants.
In addition to Bully Boy and Two Urban Licks, Concentrics Restaurant Group runs, Brasserie and Neighborhood Cafe at Parish, Allora, Molly B’s, Room at Twelve, and Two Urban Licks in Atlanta.
