Publico Kitchen & Bar on Crescent Avenue in Midtown debuted six, dog-friendly, geodesic igloo domes (with heat) this week for cold-weather dining on their patio. Unlike other Atlanta restaurants decked out for the holidays, this gimmick is sticking around until at least after the Super Bowl.
Igloos are first come, first served, if they are not already reserved. Wait times on Wednesday evening were averaging 25 minutes, which will likely increase on weekends. Reservations can be made through Publico Atlanta’s website.
Here’s the before and after patio photos for comparison:

Throughout Super Bowl week in Atlanta, the igloos will be alight with the colors of the two teams playing on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
