Marietta Square getting a brewery this summer
Marietta Square will soon be home to its first brewery. The Marietta Daily Journal reported Hank DuPre and Sam Rambo will open Glover Park Brewery this summer at 65 Atlanta Street, two blocks south of the square (aka Glover Park). The name was inspired by DuPre and Rambo’s families who have lived in Marietta for several generations. Glover Park Brewery is located in a building which dates to the 1930s and will include a tasting room, patio with a fireplace, a kitchen, and beer garden. The pair plan to focus on IPAs and wheat beers. [MDJ]
