Dish Dive, one of Kirkwood’s tiniest restaurants, now serves lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The restaurant owned and operated by chef Travis Carroll and restaurateur Jeff Myers (both formerly of Midtown’s shuttered Top Flr) made the announcement via Instagram on Tuesday.

“We are ready for lunch. Last year we only focused on five dinner services a week,” Myers told Eater Atlanta. “Our team has grown, and we are looking forward to doing new things.”

Carroll and Myers opened Dish Dive in 2014 across from the East Lake Marta station. They share the small house with Molasses Beauty Barber next door. The BYOB restaurant has become an under-the-radar favorite among Atlanta’s chefs and food-obsessed due to its relaxed atmosphere and elevated yet unpretentious dishes.

Dish Dive seats up to 22 people inside with an additional 25 seats on the front patio (weather permitting). The restaurant does not have a wait staff which means Myers is on the floor taking orders and serving tables while Carroll heads a small crew in the kitchen.
