White Bull’s menu will consist of approximately 15 dishes using ingredients from local farms such as Riverview Farms and Stone Mountain Cattle. Five of those dishes are said to be pasta made from flour milled at the restaurant. The bar plans to feature local beer, wine, and cocktails; including bottled cocktails poured from vintage glass flasks.
The 2000-square-foot restaurant seats up to 80 people and offers al fresco dining.
White Bull’s name was inspired by American novelist and lover of classic daiquiris Ernest Hemingway who often referred to the blank page as “the white bull”.
