Full Commission in Grant Park
The buildout for the restaurant Full Commission in Grant Park’s Larkin on Memorial development is now underway. Owner David Traxler told Eater Atlanta he still expects to open in April. Full Commission plans to be open all day (think Bread & Butterfly) and will serve Southern-inspired small plates, coffee, craft beer, and cocktails. Neighbors in the complex include Grant Park Market, Ramen Station, and Firepit Pizza Tavern.

Watchman’s from the Kimball House team
The demo and buildout for Watchman’s Seafood & Spirits located in the former Luminary space at Krog Street Market next door to Ticonderoga Club has begun in earnest. Watchman’s menu will focus on cocktails and sustainable seafood dishes—particularly from the Gulf of Mexico. Co-owner Miles Macquarrie told Eater Atlanta recently they are still on track for an early summer opening.

LLoyd’s from the Victory Sandwich team
Construction delays with the buildout at 900 Dekalb Avenue complex (aka The Dickey) has caused LLoyd’s to push their expected opening date to later in June or early July, a representative from the Victory team told Eater Atlanta. LLoyd’s plans on being an “unholy mix of Chili’s and southern comfort food” with a menu that skews more diner than dive bar. Think French dips and burgers as well as prime rib and fried chicken nights.

Wild Heaven Beer’s West End brewery
After announcing their plans to open a second facility and join fellow brewery Monday Night Brewing at the Lee + White development in West End, Wild Heaven has officially initiated the construction permitting process with the City of Atlanta. Nick Purdy, president of Wild Heaven Beer, told Eater Atlanta the West End facility plans to focus on high volume beers, IPAs, and experimental brews while the Decatur facility will continue with Belgian, sour, and barrel-aged beer production. Wild Heaven West End hopes to open at Lee + White later this fall.
