Where to Watch the Winter Olympics in Atlanta

The 2018 Winter Olympics have officially begun in Pyeongchang, South Korea even with the grand performances and parade of nations in the opening ceremony yet to come on Friday, February 9. The winter sports extravaganza takes place over the course of the next two weeks (Friday, February 9 to Sunday, February 25) and will include everything from figure skating to downhill skiing to hockey to the luge. Here’s where to watch the Winter Olympics in Atlanta.

Check out these Korean restaurants around Atlanta during the Winter Olympics. The list includes Korean barbecue and fried chicken, spicy tofu stew, and bibimbap.


Hampton + Hudson
This sports-loving restaurant will be offering drinks and food specials throughout the evening with all TVs tuned into the opening ceremony at 8 p.m.

101 Steak
Chef Joey Ahn will pay homage to his Korean heritage on Friday, February 9 a kimchi butter steak topper, Korean barbecue demi glacé, tasting of three types of kimchi, and a seafood-scallion pancake appetizer. The bar will be serving Soju-based cocktails.

This Castleberry Hill barbecue restaurant and sports bar will be offering a special Korean barbecue banh mi on Friday, February 9 for both lunch and dinner. TVs will be tuned into the opening ceremony at 8 p.m.

The Midtown restaurant located on Juniper Street is showing the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics Friday evening with sound.
