Dunwoody will be home to the next Hobnob Neighborhood Tavern later this summer. The third outpost of the southern pub will be located at Perimeter Place in the same complex as Super Target. Hobnob’s original outpost in Midtown is located at the corner of Monroe and Piedmont, with a second location in Brookhaven near CineBistro
Owners Sean and Becky Yeremyan say they chose Dunwoody for the next Hobnob after many of their Brookhaven customers mentioned they lived in the small enclave just north of the perimeter.
While Dunwoody’s menu won’t stray much from the formula, the Yeremyan’s will be focusing their efforts on a new catering menu as well as weeknight service and cocktails. Given the restaurant’s close proximity to the area’s numerous office buildings and shopping districts, happy hour will likely be a big draw here.
Hobnob is known for traditional bar fare like wings, burgers, and fish and chips with larger comfort food options such as pot roast, chicken pot pie, and shrimp and grits. For fans of the bar’s boozy milkshakes, those are expected to make the Dunwoody menu as will Hobnob’s sizable whiskey selection.
