Talat Market will be joined by at least two other local businesses at 112 Ormond Street in Summerhill, according to reporting by What Now Atlanta.

Developer Haverhill Realty is currently looking for tenants to fill the other two units in the “adaptive reuse” space sandwiched between Grant Park and Summerhill. Those tenants could include everything from a coffee shop or a bakery to a yoga studio or an urgent care center. Last week, Atlanta Magazine reported chefs Parnass Lim Savang and Rod Lassiter would be the first of three tenants moving into 112 Ormond next year.

Talat Market’s last day at Gato in Candler Park is August 31, 2018 to allow Savang and Lassiter time to focus on their new restaurant. The partners are currently fundraising for Talat Market’s permanent locale on GoFundMe. As of Monday afternoon, they were just shy of half way to their goal of $10,000.
