Another OTP restaurant will shutter temporarily to rebrand—this time it’s Roswell’s Real Fix Pizzeria. The downtown Roswell pizza spot will close in order to transform the space and menu into a second outpost of its Canton restaurant Local on North, ScoopOTP reports. The restaurant should reopen prior to the Roswell Alive After Five evening on April 19.
In addition to Real Fix’s most popular pizzas, dishes from the Canton outpost are being added to the menu. Local on North Roswell will also include a new bar and more outdoor space in the form of an alley patio. Owners Salem Makhlouf and Georganne Rose are apparently eyeing downtown Duluth for a possible third location of Local on North.
This is the second restaurant to temporarily shutter in the north Atlanta suburbs. Earlier in March, Southern diner Bantam + Biddy at Avalon in Alpharetta announced it would be closing to rebrand as King Barbecue. Chef/owners Shaun Doty and Lance Gunmere hope to reopen in early April.
Eater Atlanta has reached out for further comment on the restaurant rebrand and an exact (re)opening date.
Correction: Story previously listed owners as Hicham Azhari and Fikret Kovac. They sold the pizzeria to current owners Salem Makhlouf and Georganne Rose.
14 Elizabeth Way, Roswell.
