The Atlanta Braves 2018 home opener on March 29 at SunTrust Park also marks the official opening of Ford Fry’s The El Felix taco truck at Battery Atlanta.

The 1947 Raymond Lowey-inspired taco truck was built into the restaurant’s design by Smith Hanes Studio. A garage space houses the stationary, old-timey taco truck that will be doling out to-go nachos, steak and chicken tacos al carbon, hot tamales, and margaritas throughout the baseball season. The truck — which incorporates graphic design elements from Atlanta-based Office of Brothers, Inc — is just one of The El Felix Battery Atlanta’s colorful accents.

El Felix’s taco truck will be open Thursday, March 29, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. and March 30 - 31, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Check the restaurant’s website for future taco truck dates and times.
