Buckhead’s Yebo has gone from ski haus to beach haus again
The restaurant located on West Paces Ferry has transformed its interiors and menu again for Atlanta’s warmer months. Yebo’s latest beach-themed destination (last year it was sunny California) takes diners to the shores of the Yucatan, and, in particular, the ancient town of Tulum, Mexico. Dishes include tacos made with pork belly or ostrich as well as entrees like carne asada with plantain mash and snapper with cilantro lime rice. 111 West Paces Ferry Road NW. [Official]

Cookie dough pop-up in Alpharetta
Ponce City Market’s Batter Cookie Dough is popping up at Avalon in Alpharetta every weekend beginning April 8 through October. The cookie dough pop-up will set up in the Plaza of the shopping complex. Six flavors will be available like chocolate chip, sugar cookie, or salted caramel as well as a “flavor of the weekend”. Opens at noon each weekend. [Official]

Good Beer Hunting is excited for Halfway Crooks Brewing’s future signage
The voice of all things beer says it won’t be long before Georgia’s first on-premise brewery opens for business in Summerhill. And, they’re really excited about the signage. Kyle Kastranec writes of the current neon-lit display, “AZAR’S PACKAGE STORE” will be replaced with the word “PILSNER” which will serve as a “beckon” for beer drinkers. However, he’s most excited for Halfway’s new-to-Georgia business model which should see the brewery selling 99% of its beer from the facility. In other words, little off-site distribution. Opening ETA is October. [GBH]
