An Atlanta-based Middle Eastern restaurant chain called Bezoria is opening a third location at Cumberland Mall in Cobb County at the end of April.
The fast-casual restaurant offers dishes such as basmati rice and hummus bowls served with pita bread and topped with a choice of meat and sauces, steak and chicken shawarma, kebabs, and falafels. There’s also at least one vegan option listed on the menu called the “vegan sampler” with basmati rice, hummus, falafel, grilled vegetables, and tomato, cucumber salad.
Most everything on Bezoria’s menu seems to be gluten free and/or vegetarian and the pita bread is supposedly “freshly-made”; a rare addition to standard mall food options. Drinks include rosewater lemonade as well as berry hibiscus and apricot ginger teas which are said to be bottled at the restaurant.
An official opening date for the restaurant has not been set.
