Chef Guy Wong is adding to his mini restaurant empire. The chef announced on Instagram he’s opening sushi spot Miso Ko at Ponce City Market (PCM). Wong provided no further details.
The chef spoke of opening a sushi stall at the market in June 2016 when he opened ramen shop Ton Ton at PCM. He said the kiosk would be similar in size to Spiller Park Coffee and be located on the other end of the food hall.
Eater Atlanta reached out to Wong and will update this story when more information becomes available.
Wong also owns Miso Izakaya on Edgewood Avenue and Vietnamese restaurant Le Fat in Westside. Ton Ton just acquired its liquor license and will soon serve beer, cocktails, and sake.
