Owner Tung Lee Kong says Kong’s Kitchen will be open until 3 a.m. in order to capture the late-night crowds spilling out of area nightclubs and bars who are looking for food options other than McDonald’s. Expect traditional Chinese take-out dishes like the oft-ordered chicken or beef with broccoli but with a healthier twist. The restaurant plans to open in June. [ATLBizChron]
