D Cafe and Catering coffee pop-up turned permanent fixture Koinonia Coffee ATL in Westview is expanding to a second location in neighboring West End.
Owner Eduardo Lowe announced his plans to expand on Facebook saying, “One of @Koinoniacoffeeatl goals has always been to serve our community through partnerships with existing business. With that goal in mind, we are excited to announce our new partnership with @gallery992atl.”
The second Koinonia Coffee ATL location opens Monday, June 18 at 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Lowe began popping up at Devotis Lee’s cafe on Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard in February. His coffee cart, located in the back of the cafe’s small event space, quickly gained traction in the neighborhood. It’s now part of D Cafe’s regular beverage offerings.
Gallery 992 in West End hosts weekly yoga and dance classes, art shows, wine tastings, and serves as a small concert venue; which includes Sunday jazz.
